I'm not aware of changing anything in my scripts that could account for this and I really need this to work!

The recipe segment that is failing is at the bottom of this email...I've tried to override the version of zc.buildout used by bootstrap.py but it seems to always use 1.4.3 anyway (which I notice is new as of Dec 10).
