Oh, having a src/ or lib/ root isn't a problem, IMO. I just don't
think package_dir should allow *multiple* roots.
Most people who are actually using that feature (AFAICT) are just
confused about how Python packaging is supposed to work, rather than
actually needing multiple roots.
