1. No. Probably some day they will. 2. You are correct. We plan to switch the default to be py3-none-any "runs on some Python 3 interpreter". cp33 means "only runs on CPython" however we have decided this tag is probably less useful than initially posited since there are other ways to say "has a C extension".
