I think we want to turn down https://bitbucket.org/pypa/pypi-metadata-formats?
Since it's replaced by https://github.com/pypa/interoperability-peps I'm thinking we should migrate issues (and close the old ones with links to the new ones), and add a loud notification to the old readme. People are still updating and watching issues in the old tracker. It's confusing. I'm willing to help here. Marcus
