Why are these ignored?
It seems that these attributes are used when generating Eclipse Help.
Here at XMLmind, we are not Eclipse users and therefore, we simply do
not understand the purpose of the aforementioned elements and
attributes. Therefore we didn't implement anything making use of these
elements and attributes. Sorry for that.
Is there something in the design of DITAC that
prevents processing these attributes?
It's hard to tell as we have no idea of what could represent:
map/@anchorref, anchorref, anchor, navref.
