Hello,

I'm really willing to help and to fix any bug you may have uncovered, but I did not manage to reproduce any problem with a <frontmatter> containing <topicref>s.

Please send me (privately if you prefer, mailto:[email protected]):

- A sample bookmap letting me reproduce the issue along with all the topic files it references.

- The exact command-line you use to generate the HTML and the exact command-line you use to generate the PDF.

- Which version of ditac you are using:
C:\> ditac -version

- The generated PDF which will show me the result you expect for the HTML output.

Sorry because I know it's a lot of efforts but currently, I really don't see what could be wrong.

Thanks.

Hi Hussein,

I think I explained this poorly in the first email.

There are two issues I cannot resolve:
1) The two topics in the frontmatter do not publish in HTML. They are valid,
and publish with the PDF output.
2) Does DITA Converter require a command line argument to create those two topics?

In principle, no, but you may have uncovered a bug.

If it does, then the syntax in the documentation is not clear to me and I could
use a couple examples or another explanation.

Thank you,
Pat
