Hi folks, The Open Gender Monologues had a great chat with some tips and tactics to improve participation and healthy engagement. Great to hear some positive experiences too.
We also co-hosted a session at the SOTM with Geochicas plus Kate and I. In this session, we asked the participants to give input in how to be more supportive. They made statements "I will" "We should stop" and "we should start/continue". People wrote their ideas/thoughts on sticky notes (in private) then we added them to the charts. https://pads.ccc.de/WXSlyAqS8t Celine, Kate and I will work to blog this.
