Instead, I propose removing copyright dates from the codebase.  Also, it is 
probably now necessary to add a "Pyflakes Team" copyright holder, mark modified 
files as copyright that entity, and add some kind of contributors list to the 
license file defining that entity.

The change proposed here doesn't make sense.  Divmod, Inc. no longer exists.  
It cannot hold copyright on something in 2013 (even if it could, a non-employee 
couldn't give it copyright on something without involving at least two lawyers).
