Patch against DJabberd::Authen::LDAP

i have submitted a patch against D::A::LDAP at 
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=54101

this adds an ldap version configuration parameter and also incorporates 
another patch in RT against this module

i dont know if the maintainer is lurking here, but i figured i would 
mention it if anyone needs LDAP2 :\
