why?

4G limit
single process
no replication
32 bit only
and a expensive upgrade path


if you were an oracle shop, or a ISV you could now offer a 'lite'
version of your application I'd be more excited I guess.. but for me,
I'd be looking for something a bit less cut-down/crippled. (and I bet
on a amd64 box with 2-4 procs mysql would beat the pants of it due to
the limits they imposed)
