I didn't say we are not interested in visual effects. I said it should be 
left outside of the scope --- Django has nothing to do with it. All flashy 
client-side stuff should be supplied by 3rd party library.

Of course, if somebody wants to do their own Ajax library, it's their 
responsibility to maintain all required effects.
