Would you be comfortable doing this on the magic-removal branch? I ask
because that branch has *several* backwards-incompatible changes (see
http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/RemovingTheMagic), and I wouldn't
yet call it stable. On the other hand, it's what will become Django
0.92, so it'd be the quickest and most convenient way of getting your
patch integrated.

If you'd rather wait until magic-removal has been integrated -- which
could be a couple of more weeks, depending -- we can set up a branch
then. But, IMHO, doing it in magic-removal right away is a better bet.
