PostgreSQL Schema search_path Support (#1051)

Ticket #1051 adds support for setting the schema search path on PostgreSQL connections. I've updated the patch for the current HEAD.

It would also be interesting to look into per-application schema search_path support, so one could have the admin app live in the admin schema, as opposed to prepending 'admin_' to the table names. However, that's a fair bit more complicated than a 3-line patch, and #1051 won't get in the way.
