put note on the "Create New Ticket" page about how to format code
A good percentage of the tickets that come in are not using {{{}}}s in
their ticket descriptions to format. Could we please add a note about
this in the "Read this first" section or perhaps directly above the
description text box?
Another idea would be to take away the "Submit ticket" button to force
the user to preview their ticket first. Not sure how easy this is
accomplished in Trac.
Jacob, maybe you could consider giving us ticket triage folk some more
power in the trac system, like ability to edit ticket descriptions :)
