No, you should spend a little more time writing messages that explain the problem that you are having, so that we don't need to spelunk through 8+ emails of sideways conversation and engage our mind reading glands to work out what it is that you think needs to be fixed. The core developers (and the rest of Django's valuable community) don't exist on some ethereal plane to serve at your whim and fancy. Our time is volunteered, and we have _plenty_ of other things on our respective plates, including the work that pays our bills and feeds us. If you have a genuine problem - something that causes a crash, or poor performance, or a security risk, or a feature that you think should be added - we're only too happy to help. However, we're not going to play 20 questions trying to work out the problem that you think you have. We just don't have that sort of time. Read your original question. It didn't report a bug. It didn't report a performance problem or potential vulnerability. It isn't a feature request. It was a vague, roundabout way of asking about a general philosophy of argument passing, without any particular direction as to why that question was in the least bit interesting. And 8 messages later, Jacob (quite reasonably, IMHO) asks, "what the hell is this all about?" So - What the hell is this all about?
