This question is related to ticket #3030, because it can be fixed by
setting DatabaseFeature.autoindexes_primary_keys to True. But I have
no experience with MySQL prior version 5.x and I don't know if it is
possible to set it True without impact on backward compatibility.

Straightforward solution could be generate DatabaseFeatures in
dependency of specific server version.
