That's ok.

Fuzzy strings say that something changed in the original string after it
was translated. When you update the translation you should remove the #,
fuzzy marker for Django to "notice" the change. Translation tools, like
kbabel, remove fuzzy markers automatically for you when you update the
translation.

You could submit a ticket(*1) and attach the updated .po file (no need
for .mo files, those are binary compiles of the .po files)

I think it would be better to contact Alexander Yakovlev
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or Dialcom Services <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> first and
coordinate things with them as they are noted as Last-Translator and
Language-Team for the russian translation, although 8 months ago.
