Yes, definitely create a ticket. It's the only I'll know when it's ready to commit. Feel free to add yourself to AUTHORS, too. All translators (who do more than translate a word or two) get a mention there. Make sure you run "bin/compile-messages.py -l sv" when you think you are finished. The changes won't be committed if that reports any errors.
