By way of an introduction;
We have a requirement for a number of languages not included in the
core locales to be translated, namely:
Tagalog (tl)
Indonesian (id)
Malay (ms)
Vietnamese (vi)
Urdu (ur)
I note that work has been started on Indonesian (#11463) and Ahmed
Sboor has offered Urdu on http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/Localization.
I'll add details to the above wiki page if any one wants to contact me
about any of the languages and will open the relevant tickets when we
have the .po files.
