Transifex is slow and navigation is unintuitive (there's no easy way to go back from translating to the overview you came from). It might seem like a small thing, but when you are busy and just want to do the job, the inertia is actually annoying. But I also see that value of being able to translate e.g. the admin without worrying about the others yet. Maybe the solution is just some workflow (and speed!) improvement suggestions to transifex?
