 1. No prior version of any software should have un-annotated documentation
 that claims the associated software it works, but does not.  it literally
 takes two seconds to say 'depricated' on the docs.  Further, the vast
 majority of the people in the world will have assorted old versions of
 Linux, the manufacturers of which will distribute old versions of the
 software.  If I do a 'yum install' today, it's current software. If a
 version is broken, TELL US ABOUT IT!

 2) You are wrong.  I provided you with the exact technique to reproduce
 the bug; you just do not wish to fix an old version of the software.

 3) I did not say that Django was 'totally worthless'.  I said that a
 beginner's tutorial that claims broken software works in a specific way
 was worthless, and I stand by that statement.  And, I WAS using and
 referring to version 1.4 of the documentation, as I've stated before.

 I've done software dev my whole life.  This bug report is what happens
 when you ignore maintaining the documentation.
