The offending query is `ALTER TABLE "TEST_RFK_RIDER" ADD CONSTRAINT
pony_id_refs_id_3e34515040abc59a FOREIGN KEY ("PONY_ID") REFERENCES
"TEST_RFK_PONY" ("ID") DEFERRABLE INITIALLY DEFERRED` as
`len('pony_id_refs_id_3e34515040abc59a') > 30` (the limit on Oracle). Shai
said he will look at it later.
