A workaround is to delete the django_admin_log table and then recreate it
again.

$ ./manage.py dbshell
=> drop table django_admin_log cascade ;
DROP TABLE
$ ./manage.py migrate
Synchronizing apps without migrations:
Creating tables...
Creating table django_admin_log
Installing custom SQL...
...
}}}
