 I think we should rename that section to something like "Using
 RequestContext". The current title is a bit vague and unhelpful.
 Hopefully, when we say "use a RequestContext' -- RequestContext is linked
 and will direct readers toward this section. If we close this ticket and
 include fixing that example in the new ticket, that's fine with me.
