#26700: 1.10 release notes missing information on TEMPLATES setting

 Since the users actually have to do something it seems important to tell
 users what they need to do. Especially the auth context processor to keep
 old behavior. (`?: (admin.E402)
 'django.contrib.auth.context_processors.auth' must be in TEMPLATES in
 order to use the admin application.`)  which I only discovered after
 following the docs (the settings page) and hitting a check error.
