#27129: ul element which returns of method unordered_list from
django.template.defualt_filters.py isn't configured

I use this method, but without customization class of ul elements it's not
useful for me. I suggest add ability to set class of 'ul' elements in
result.
Example result:

<ul class="my_class">
<li>Kansas
<ul class="my_class">
<li>Lawrence</li>
<li>Topeka</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Illinois</li>
</ul>
</li>
