I don't think deployment is suited for our tutorials considering all the different ways Django could be deployed -- Django itself doesn't want to endorse one platform over another. You might enjoy the [https://tutorial.djangogirls.org/en/deploy/ Django Girls tutorial] which has a deployment section using PythonAnywhere. If you want to discuss the idea further, you could write to the DevelopersMailingList if you have a specific proposal.
