 Thank you for taking the time, and also for linking the 1.9 release notes.
 I was foolish enough to not look into those in detail, as I just worked my
 way through the 2.0 release notes (and not the linked sub-pages).

 Anyway, I believe that the issue at hand is exactly that. One has to go
 through the "Features deprecated in 1.9" and "Features deprecated in 1.10"
 lists every time they come across a problem when upgrading to 2.0. I guess
 that's the way it always has been with prior releases?

 Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about the lack of documentation.
 The Django documentation is one of the best open source project
 documentations I have seen so far.

 What I would like to see for the Release Information is some way to cross-
 reference the information for deprecated features, like  "The app_name
 argument to include() is removed. - Deprecated in Django 1.9 (Link to
 Features Deprecated in 1.9)".
