 I see no difference in the cpu utilization if I install pywatchman /
 watchman in MOSX.  The only resolution that I have found is to regress to
 2.1.8, which drops the CPU usage down to ~1%.

 I'm happy to run any other additional diagnostic suggestions that you
 have...  I'm just unclear on the next steps....
