Refs #20935 -- Removed inappropriate crosslink to docs search results
page.
The link to the search page does not work in the Epub, since there is no
such thing. In the online docs, the link to the search page displays a “No
search query given” error, since its purpose is to display results from
the search bar. Alone, without a query, it's just empty.
