#10326: Allow handler500, handler404 to be callables

 Currently, those are expected to be strings pointing to the view to use. A
 number of times now I've stumbled over this and thought it would be neat
 if I could just specify a callable, especially if the view is not much
 more than redirect to render_to_response.
