I'm sorry - if you want us to take a problem report seriously, you have to
take the reporting process seriously. This report:
- Asks a question in the ticket title
- Expresses incredulity, but doesn't actually explain the problem in the
body
- Provides a patch that doesn't contain any explanation or documentation.
I'm not going to play 20 questions while I try to work out what this
ticket and patch is trying to achieve. If you care to provide a detailed
description of the underlying problem and the approach you have taken to
solve it, feel free to reopen the ticket.
