Comment:
I have a patch which does phone and postcode validation, and provides a
Provincial District select widget.
I understand that this is not used as a level of government anymore, but
my use-case was to do with Public Holidays, and I believe that this is how
public holidays are grouped over there.
More than happy to have other input - there are several other kinds of
regional organisation which can be applied.
