 How about adding a section on GFKs in reusable apps at the bottom,
 instead?  Also, while the statement about values coercible values is
 certainly accurate, it's not very helpful to the reader. Docs on
 {{{get_db_prep_value}}} won't help much either, so some example would be
 good.
