Currently, the subject of the email received after requesting a password
reset reads (in Dutch): "Wachtwoord hersteld op %s"
This implies that the password has in fact already been reset, while
actually the user has to first confirm this action by clicking a link.
Hence, the current situation can be confusing to the user.
