Comment:

 Open ended "Things should be better" tickets don't really help us -- we
 know things can be better, we just don't have the time or resources to
 make them better. We try to keep tickets to specific suggestions or
 actions that we could take.

 So, I'm going to accept this ticket in a slightly modified form -- since
 you mentioned caching as a subject for a tutorial, we can use this ticket
 as a tracker for a specific tutorial on caching.
