Turkish plural forms in conf/locale/tr/LC_MESSAGES/django.po are
currently:
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0\n"
This is incorrect, they should be:
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=(n>1)\n"
