Probably a frequently debated subject, my apologies upfront but hy is the
header bar not in line with the rest of the admin, two small changes will
suffice.
In base.css (781 and 831)

background: #7CA0C7 url(../img/default-bg.gif) top left repeat-x;
color: #ffc;
overflow: hidden;
}
#content-related .module h2 {
background: #eee url(../img/nav-bg.gif) bottom left repeat-x;
color: #666;
