Something is wrong on the server side. I used 'curl' to try and retrieve
the page from the command line, in order to see the returned headers and
this is what I saw:

        `--> curl -I http://www.self-propelled-python.com/blog/admin/
        curl: (52) Empty reply from server

For python CGI scripts (mod_python or fastcgi), this is symptomatic of
your code throwing an uncaught exception and, consequently, not writing
anything to stdout. Check in /var/log/httpd/error_log, which is where
any stderr output will (should?) be logged.
