the development server? fcgi? apache? I've found I've never needed to
restart a server in order to discover new templates - even with
dreamhost + fcgi ;)
my dir structure looks like:
/projectname
/src
/media
/docs
/templates
I've found it all works quite neatly (src contains all django code).
