You are talking rubbish. Maybe LFS(Linux from scratch) is hard to install, but on a debian/ubuntu it takes about 5mins. you mean that all the packages you need have up to date versions for windows but not for linux? I think we pretty all know how painfull this is(not at all). Django on it's own is very easy to setup on any Linux.
