Thanks again, Steve. You know, I think that must be my problem, since I have yet to have a static file served to me. I thought runserver did this by default in development, but I wonder if I'm mixing up development and production settings somewhere. DEBUG is set to true, and the documentation doesn't seem to ask for more configuration to enable runserver to do work. Can't wait to try and deploy something! Thanks again -- Jon.
