Hi, I have to correct me a little.
I can now tell you that the errors occure only on the admin pages, when the cursor moves very fast over the action icons 'edit' and 'add'. The symbols sometimes didn't display in the mouse-over state. And they appear if I go click-by-click to list of users lists and edit of a user.
