Hmm, this email is *bordering* on asking the list to do your work for you, especially since it is for an enterprise product, and not FOSS.
A lot of the subjects you mentioned have been discussed at length on the mailing list, three of which quite recently. I think you might get a better response if you tell us what your current methods are (for each question), and ask for feedback on that. Others may disagree though.
