Yes, although when you change a model (adding another field), Django will not automatically change the database structure for you. So you would need to do that manually. Django is not really designed to dynamically add/remove fields, or indeed models, but yes, it can be done. However, wanting to do something like that it is normally a sign that you have a bad design.
