Geany with plugins. Lightweight and wonderful. Some extra plugins can be 
found here as well like 
zencoding<https://github.com/codebrainz/geany-zencoding>and python 
bindings <https://github.com/codebrainz/geanypy>. In order to create tags 
you can use these helpers <https://github.com/sagarchalise/Geany-Stuffs>that I 
have created as well.
