I'm following the docs on i18n. In there, there's a sample of template
code for a language selection form:

<form action="/i18n/setlang/" method="get">
     <input name="next" type="hidden" value="/next/page/" />
     <select name="language">
     {% for lang in LANGUAGES %}
     <option value="{{ lang.0 }}">{{ lang.1 }}</option>
     {% endfor %}
     </select>
     <input type="submit" value="Go" />
</form>

But LANGUAGES is empty for me in the template. How can I use LANGUAGES
variable in the template?
