It works!
I checked the grappelli's admin base file:
/usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/grappelli/templates/admin/base.html
It shows that the grappelli is using {% admin_media_prefix %}.
<link href="{% admin_media_prefix %}css/base.css" rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css" />
The DeprecationWarning message made me confused.
