I was never able to get PyISAPIe to work myself. I ended up buying the isapi_rewrite product from helicon (http://www.isapirewrite.com/) and just proxying to Apache on :9080. I really wanted PyISAPIe to work, but isapi_rewrite was fairly cheap and easy to install. It feels like overkill - but I haven't had any problems so far
