Try this (I have not tried the code myself, but I think that it should
work):
* queryset = Player.objects.filter(name=namepost)*
* paginator = Paginator(queryset, 2)
page = request.GET.get('page')
try:
players = paginator.page(page)
except PageNotAnInteger:
players = paginator.page(1)
except EmptyPage:
players = paginator.page(paginator.num_pages)
*
* return HttpResponse(json.dumps([players]) ,
content_type='application/json')*
